OUR SHIPPING PROCESS

Prepare

Remove paper rolls
Remove the ink cartridges and pack them in a separate box
Remove all printheads, seal them, and carefully package them in separate boxes
Secure the printer by locking the print bar, paper drawers, and internal components.

Pack

The best way to box something is with the original packing materials, in the box it was received in.

Many printers ship in their original box and packaging for the best travel experience.

Ship

Some wide-format printers weigh more than 1,000 pounds.

A technician will prepare and pack your printer.

A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your printer on its journey.

We strongly recommend having a service technician unpack, set up, and connect your printer following the manufacturer instructions.

HP Specific Shipping

For HP PageWide printers, there are eight printheads. These printheads are sensitive and should not be shipped inside the printer. Each printhead is removed, cleaned, taped and wrapped before adding the foam packaging and placing in the individual, original boxes. The large box is then attached to the printer on the pallet for secure travel with the printer.
