“LIKE NEW” PRINTERS
Our certified technicians implement a three-part process to ensure you get a quality working printer. After completing our certification process, they work like NEW.
These three files are provided with each unit.

Service History Report
Final diagnostic printout included
Use the most stable and reliable version and set printer back to factory settings.
CHECK THE FANS
Replace filters, check external and cooling fans.
Test and calibrate the scanner. Clean the glass and check for scratches.
Thoroughly clean inside and out for paper dust particles.
OIL THE DRIVE GEARS
Make sure the teeth on the gears are good, then lubricate with HP brand oil.
INSIDE THE DRAWER
Check all the bearings, sensors, encoders, slide rods and motors.
INK DIVERTER BOX
Completely clean the tubes and replace if needed. Remove and clean the filter.
Clean and check all the belts in the print zone platen for tears, cuts, or worn areas.
INK WASTE TUBES
Removed, cleaned, flushed, and tested.
Certificate of Approval
Have confidence that each printer has passed a complete quality inspection by one of our certified service technicians.
We have the best technicians who are all certified and trained by each manufacturer. Our Technical Solutions Manager designed a checklist that covers all the areas of the printer that need cleaned and inspected for optimum printing performance.
A certificate will be included to assure that your printer has passed the inspection and is in good working order and printing with the highest quality.
All used equipment goes through a comprehensive cleaning and inspection process before being added to our website for sale.
• Replace any worn belts, gears, rollers, sensors, motors, bearings, filters, tubes, valves, switches will be replaced
• Clean all critical parts thoroughly
• Fully lubricate with only brand name oil
• Any clogged print heads, that can’t be recovered, will be replaced with a new one
Service History Report – We are 100% Transparent
Each printer is shipped with the service history report when available. This report includes detailed printer information including the brand, age, and log history. Check the logs for the history of software errors or chronic paper jam issues. We repair and fix any issues from the report.
Check that the firmware is up-to-date with the most stable and reliable version of it.
The printer is set back to the factory setting. This erases the history of prints, scans, and accounting from the previous owner so it’s like a new machine again.
Final diagnostic printout
Technicians will calibrate the printer and make sure all the printheads pass the calibration tests. A diagnostic print shows detailed information about how well the printheads are performing. Technicians use this to check each of the printheads. The health of the printheads determines the quality of the prints.
A final diagnostic printout will be signed and dated then included in the box with your printer. This will verify that the quality of the printer passed inspection and showed no signs of any printing issues.
